| So the summer is over and my weight hasn't changed. I'm not too angry about it, I had too much of an amazing time. But I've decided to go for slow, steady weight loss instead of my usual starve-binge routine. If I even lose two pounds a week, I'll be at my goal weight by New Year. And it's not even about the weight anymore, I do realize I'm not fat, it's more about feeling healthy and having energy. Hopefully I stick to it this time. Intake: 1600 Outtake: 35mins on treadmill - 340cals
