| Lost 6lbs in Novemeber, got down to 168lbs, right on target. Weekly stats: Cardio: 145mins- 1518cals Weights: 20mins- 6200lbs lifted Yoga: 60mins Despite the above, which I consider to be pretty good for a week, I've gained two pounds and I just don't understand it. So, I'm hovering around 170/171. I'm going to keep working out, but it's hard to find the motivation when you see the scales going up. Hope everyone is doing well.  |

| I'm slowly getting back into exercising, just taking each day as it comes. Looking back at my journal I hardly went to the gym at all this past summer, when I really should've - it makes me feel great when I do. I'm aiming for three to four times a week, which is should be enough to help me reach my six pound weight loss goal for each month. It may seem like a small amount, but it's the only way I can see myself doing it. I've lost a lot of weight in a short space of time before, but I always gain it back and then some. I just want to lose it once and for all, and concentrate on being healthy. Just have to sort out my chocolate addiction first! Hope every one is doing well
