Lost 6lbs in Novemeber, got down to 168lbs, right on target.

Weekly stats:

Cardio: 145mins- 1518cals

Weights: 20mins- 6200lbs lifted

Yoga: 60mins

Despite the above, which I consider to be pretty good for a week, I've gained two pounds and I just don't understand it. So, I'm hovering around 170/171. I'm going to keep working out, but it's hard to find the motivation when you see the scales going up.

I'm slowly getting back into exercising, just taking each day as it comes. Looking back at my journal I hardly went to the gym at all this past summer, when I really should've - it makes me feel great when I do. I'm aiming for three to four times a week, which is should be enough to help me reach my six pound weight loss goal for each month. It may seem like a small amount, but it's the only way I can see myself doing it. I've lost a lot of weight in a short space of time before, but I always gain it back and then some. I just want to lose it once and for all, and concentrate on being healthy. Just have to sort out my chocolate addiction first!
